Nutter (Zoning Inspector)
The Palmyra Zoning of Appeals held their meeting on April 21, 2016 at
the Palmyra Fire Station. In attendance were Chairman Carolyn Pfieffer-Fiala,
Vice-Chairman Mitch McLay, Jamie Brawley, Zoning Inspector Sandy Nutter and Secretary
Kim Spencer. Our guests were Mr. & Mrs. Ted Miller, Les Miller. Lynn
Mollohan was excused.
meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m.
A motion by Carolyn to not re-read the minutes that were approved at the
March 2016 meeting, it was seconded by Jamie, and unanimously approved.
Carolyn made a motion to have this meeting a special meeting, because it
was not on the fourth Thursday of the month. It was seconded by Mitch and

it was seconded by Mitch MaLay and unanimously approved.
